PSC Annual General Meeting 2025

Two items on the agenda will need your attention ahead of the meeting:

1. Officer and Committee nominations

   1. Nominations are required for the election of officers and committee members by 1200 on 28th July 2025

   2. The nomination form is here along with a matrix describing the roles and responsibilities

   3. Nominations are invited for all officer and committee positions but particularly that of Honorary Secretary, which is currently vacant

2. Rule changes

   1. Changes to the Club's Rules can only be made at an AGM.

   2. In order to aid and inform your vote, proposed rule changes will be available for review here

Any comments to this post will be included in RC Communications report to the AGM.
